Refund policy
All products sold by us are digital products delivered electronically. As no physical goods are shipped, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable once a purchase has been completed and the digital content has been delivered or accessed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content and that the right to cancel or return does not apply once delivery has begun.
If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, or believe there has been an error with your order such as receiving the wrong file or being unable to download the content, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Please contact us immediately if you are unable to access or download your digital product, if the file provided is incorrect or corrupted, or if there is a technical issue preventing proper use. All issues can be reported to peakresaleinfo@gmail.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes downloadable files, digital guides, resources, content, and any form of digital access. Sale items and gift cards, where applicable, are also non-refundable.
Under European Union consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun and you have given consent to immediate access. By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you expressly agree to this.
